Part-Time Legal Receptionist

We are seeking a mature and professional individual for a part-time in-house Legal Receptionist position. This flexible part-time position has a four hour shift schedule of 10am-2pm, four days a week. The hourly rate for this position is $18-$20 per hour depending on experience. The ideal candidate would have a positive, upbeat attitude, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. This job requires:

• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
• A strong attention to detail
• Being punctual and dependable
• Your own transportation

The job function and responsibilities of this position includes, but are not limited to:

• Greet all clients and visitors
• Answer and route all incoming phone calls
• Organize and maintain the reception area and conference rooms
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, UPS and Fedex packages
• Responsible for closing files, including scanning, faxing, photocopying and filing documents. Record and organize closed files in the storage area.
• Assist in typing letters and documents
• Stock and maintain supply and kitchen areas
